If you're looking to try out specific gear or a specific guitar, make sure to let us know ahead of time by either calling us during store hours, or emailing us through our contact form. We have THOUSANDS of guitars in stock in our heat and humidity controlled warehouse, and our showroom only fits around 200 guitars. We will happily bring any gear from our warehouse over to the showroom for you to try out.
We accept walk-in repairs, but it's generally best to call ahead to gauge wait times, especially for larger repairs. Some days we can get your guitar in and out same day, other times it may take a few weeks depending on how many repairs we have checked in.
If you're coming from Manhattan, we are a short walk away from the LIRR Island Park train station. It is VERY easy to take the train and then walk to our showroom.
